CCTV AMCs can be broadly categorized into:
Non-Comprehensive AMC (Service Only)
This type of contract primarily covers regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and repair services. The cost of replacement parts is usually not included and will be charged extra as needed.
Comprehensive AMC (With Parts)
This agreement includes all the services of a non-comprehensive AMC, along with the replacement of faulty components (excluding physical damage or misuse) within the contract period. This offers a more predictable maintenance cost.

AMC Price & Charges
HD CCTV & DVR – ₹350 unit/yr.
IP CCTV & NVR – ₹500 unit/yr.
Cable lying charges are additional and will be chargeable for open cable lying ₹7/Mtr. and conduit cable lying ₹ 15/Mtr.
Limitation:
Minimum AMC amount ₹7500/- per location (Includes all active surveillance products).
This Rate is available for commercial user like schools, hospitals, offices, showrooms and factories.
Residential or home users may avail on call service @ minimum ₹500/- each visit.
